1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and plytim ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the plytim online casino and gaming platform. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with our services, you affirmatively consent to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the plytim platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register an account and participate in real-money gaming on plytim, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Online gambling is illegal for minors in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Legal Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and each time you access the Platform. plytim operates under the authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is licensed to provide gaming services exclusively within Philippine territory.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When you create a plytim account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, and residential address. You must verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) when requested by plytim. Failure to provide accurate information or complete identity verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of account balances.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) plytim account. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and forfeit any balances or winnings.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your account with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account will be deemed your responsibility. You must notify plytim immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your account. plytim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

plytim accepts deposits via multiple payment methods, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), and over-the-counter cash deposits at authorized partners such as 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment processors.

You acknowledge that all deposits are made voluntarily for the purpose of participating in gaming activities on the plytim platform. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where a deposit was made in error or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your plytim account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified. First-time withdrawals require identity verification via submission of valid government-issued identification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account status and history.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within 12–24 hours. Delays may occur due to verification requirements, public holidays, or technical issues with third-party payment processors.
• Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.

3.3 Transaction Fees

plytim does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (such as banks or e-wallet providers) may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the plytim platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider or bank will convert the amount to PHP at their prevailing exchange rate, which may include conversion fees.

4. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

plytim is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment. All games offered on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure randomness and fairness. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by plytim or any player.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the plytim platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, bet voidance, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Cheating or Fraud: Using bots, automated software, exploit bugs, collusion with other players, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other users to abuse promotional offers, or otherwise manipulating bonuses in bad faith.
• Money Laundering: Using the plytim platform to launder money or finance illegal activities. We comply fully with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by persons under 21 years of age.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing third parties to place bets on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after depositing funds and participating in gaming activities.

4.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are subject to acceptance by plytim. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud, error, or rule violation. Once a bet is accepted and the game outcome is determined, the result is final and binding. Bets cannot be canceled or modified after acceptance except in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction).

4.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or server failure, all affected bets and payouts will be voided. plytim will refund the original stake to affected players. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of original stakes.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

plytim offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. These terms are detailed on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as "playthrough" or "rollover" requirements) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or not at all. Always check the specific bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

plytim reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free spins, or promotional winnings if we determine that a player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts, using deposit methods in bad faith, placing irregular betting patterns solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity deemed by plytim to constitute bonus abuse.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

plytim is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and seek help if gambling becomes problematic. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems.

6.2 Self-Exclusion Tools

plytim provides self-exclusion and account control tools that allow you to limit your gaming activity. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over specified time periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the plytim platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and game titles, is the property of plytim or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the plytim platform without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, plytim, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the plytim platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform;
• Any content obtained from the platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interrupted service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the plytim platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the plytim platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and plytim. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or to the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, at plytim's sole discretion.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

plytim reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than twelve months may be subject to dormancy fees or closure);
• Request for self-exclusion or account closure by you.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the plytim platform. Any remaining account balance (excluding voided bets, unredeemed bonuses, or amounts held pending investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with applicable laws.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the plytim platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all applicable Philippine data protection regulations.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The plytim platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or payment processors that are not owned or controlled by plytim. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that plytim shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of any third-party content, goods, or services available through such sites.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless plytim, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;
• Your use or misuse of the plytim platform;
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and plytim regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
